Refunds, cancellations, and disputes
Refund eligibility, dispute handling, and buyer/cook protections are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. We resolve disputes on a nationwide basis under a single US policy — please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank.
