🌯🌶️ Gochujang Sunrise Burrito

A West Coast breakfast burrito with an East Asian kick — crispy gochujang-glazed potatoes, scrambled eggs, melted cheddar, and applewood bacon, all wrapped tight and griddled until the tortilla gets a little char on the outside. Finished with a cooling kimchi crema drizzle so the heat builds slow instead of hitting you all at once. This is the burrito I make on Sunday mornings when I want something that actually wakes me up.
